House Phase 3 Day 4 (and my Birthday)

Well I had an interesting birthday today, spent all day working on bits around the farm, stuffing things in the skip making arrangements with the builders cleaned both the cars and both the trailers, cut down a couple largish trees (chainsaw moment) and pruned some more. All that and still found time make burgers then cook them on the BBQ. I’m now officially knackered. This was my actual birthday my official birthday is tomorrow when my girlfriend gets back from a family wedding in Ireland, I collect her at the airport and in my arms to loose myself in her embrace. Planning to do a load of stuff around the farm in the morning then hang out cook super and fall asleep in my lovers arms. For the first time in years I can see the light at the end of the tunnel I guess the farm will be done in around four months and I can sell up and move on. Not sure what the next thing is if I can stay away from IT that would be a plus but I guess I’m not ready to make that move quite yet.
Progress on the house was good today, yes the boys work Saturday’s. They removed the plasterboard in bedroom one to find that the wall were perfect underneath. When we used the laser level to check out the roof there was a 6cm difference corner to corner!!! God knows what the DIY expert who worked on this house thought of before. Thank god for the laser it cuts down the effort involved in make the ceiling straight. At this rate the boys will be finished ontime. The framework for the ceiling is now installed correctly as are the batons for two of the three walls. I guess they will finish the framing and perhaps the installation of plasterboard on Monday. This room is the largest and required the most removal work the other two rooms are already stripped. Bedroom two requires a new window (already fabricated and glass to come Friday).
